* Associate's degree or higher
* 3+ years of experience in customer support
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals Preferred Skills
* 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Job Duties & Functions
* Perform studies, analyses, trend evaluations, variance assessments, impact assessments, and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvements, and program initiatives
* Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics to support business needs
* Coordinate organizational requirements and engineering data to support operational objectives
* Collaborate with managers, engineers, manufacturing personnel, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Improve business systems and implement best practices that support project decision-makers
* Guide training activities and provide subject matter expertise in the utilization of processes, tools, and engineering design integration
* Assist with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory, and company requirements
* Maintain configuration control throughout engineering and business processes
* Act as the primary contact for establishing stakeholder requirements and project objectives
* Support technical integration efforts related to engineering tools, processes, risk management systems, and dashboard visibility enhancements Physical Requirements & Environment
