* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
* 2 or more years of related work experience
* Background in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, production support, or operations improvement
* Support of NASA programs, aerospace programs, or high-volume production programs
* Analysis of processes, workflows, or production systems
* Application of data-driven methods for process improvement, planning, or decision-making
* Generation of Aurora models
* Development of precedence networks and production schedules
* Eligibility to obtain and maintain required site access and applicable security requirements
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals Preferred Skills
* Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or continuous improvement methodology exposure
* Support of dynamic production and operations environments
* Production planning, capacity analysis, or workload balancing experience
* Aerospace manufacturing or launch operations knowledge
* Kennedy Space Center operational support experience
* Proficiency with industrial engineering tools, metrics, and reporting methods
* Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

* Analyze production and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, flow, cost, and quality
* Develop manufacturing and support processes, work methods, and resource utilization strategies
* Support production planning, workload balancing, line flow analysis, and capacity assessments
* Conduct time studies, process mapping, and standard work development activities
* Evaluate data to identify bottlenecks, constraints, and opportunities for lean improvements
* Implement process changes, work instructions, and operational improvements
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues and improve execution
* Support planning and reporting activities related to schedule adherence, productivity, and operational performance
* Develop facility layouts, tooling requirements, and process optimization recommendations as needed
* Utilize data-driven methods to support decision-making, continuous improvement, and operational effectiveness
* Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action efforts related to process inefficiencies or production issues
* Generate Aurora models to support production planning and schedule analysis
* Develop precedence networks to sequence work activities and evaluate schedule dependencies
* Maintain production schedules supporting program execution and operational planning
