The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join the team in Everett, WA. This position will require the selected candidate to occasionally travel to Renton, WA.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplined EHS team at the largest factory in the world!
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one, occupational health, safety, and environmental discipline
Manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety, environmental programs/processes, environmental property assessment and remediation, chemical analysis, evaluation of chemical processing activities and/or related support functions
Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors’ degree or higher
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program
management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course &34;Exploring Leadership.&34;
5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)

Summary Pay Range: $127,500 - $172,500
