The Senior Manager, Safety Training & Program Development is responsible for designing, scaling, and continuously improving comprehensive safety training programs across all Customer Service Centers (CSCs). This role ensures the development of standardized, high-impact training curricula, manuals, and learning systems that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to perform work safely and effectively.
This leader owns the end-to-end lifecycle of safety training—from needs analysis and instructional design to deployment, governance, and effectiveness measurement—while ensuring alignment between operational practices, safety manuals, and training delivery. The role also serves as the central authority for safety training standardization and manual governance, driving consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across the network.
