Job Title: Operator - Aviation Assembler
Shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (OT available on Fridays)
Pay: $17.75 (Promotions and pay increase available after 90 days)

Job Description Overview:
The Aviation Assembly Operator plays a key role in the production of high-quality aerospace components by completing hands-on assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This position involves interpreting written instructions, assembling and wiring circuit breakers, and performing detailed winding work at an assigned workstation. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks while maintaining strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and follow work instructions in English to ensure accurate assembly processes.
- Wire aerospace circuit breakers with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform small winding assembly tasks as required.
- Work at a designated workstation to maintain a consistent workflow.
- Execute repetitive tasks with focus on maintaining quality and efficiency in production.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in production and manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in assembly and wiring tasks.
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English.
- Ability to use hand and power tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working within an ITAR facility.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a manufacturing environment where the operator will work at a designated workstation. The work involves repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and precision. The facility adheres to ITAR regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
